At ECO Block Cambodia we have three main goals: |
| |
1. Is to create the property of your dreams. |
| |
2. Is to construct using materials with minimum environmental impact. |
| |
3. Is customer satisfaction, both in cost and quality of build. |
| |
| |
To achieve the above it is neccessary for the building process to take several well prepared steps: |
| |
First we have to determine what it is exactly that the client requires, are thier any special needs ie. disability requirements such as wheelchair access, or perhaps 4 car parking etc. Everybody has their own personal needs, and for this reason the first of our client meetings is very important. |
| |
| |
The following meetings will discuss such things as: |
| |
The property to be developed, are thier any legal or enviromental considerations, or restraints, once these have been discussed it is then possible for our planning dept. to lay out some basic floor plans that meet with the clients requirements. |
| |
| |
As you will see later in the building process layout their are many things in constructing properties that suit and satisfy the clients needs.
When it is determined what is required from the property, and a final floor plan and spec. sheet has been produced, the process moves into the next phase. This being the cost, to achieve a final cost of a property can be very complex, everything from how many metres of electrical cable to how much cement to how many door locks have to be taken into account.
At this stage a cost is applied, prior to this stage all client meetings are free, other than any exteme costs such as travelling more than 50 klms to inspect a potential construction site. Costs are determined by the expected overall cost of construction and are worked out, on a percent basis. Although these costs are not high thier are designed to cover our costs for the next stage of the process which is surveyance of quantities, and final detailed skimatic drawings. All costs relative to this process are deductable from the final agreed and contracted price of construction upon completion. |
